Premium: Complex of the ideally complementary forms of sodium selenite (inorganic selenium) and selenomethionine (organically bound selenium).
- Additional information: Sodium selenite is absorbed more quickly by the body, thus representing the acute bioavailable form of selenium. Selenomethionine (a natural component of food) has more than twice as long of a half-life as sodium selenite. Selenomethionine is therefore available to the body longer. The combination of both forms is superior to pure sodium selenite supplementation.
