Biotin is also known as vitamin B7 or under the name Vitamin H (for hair) and part of the vitamin B complex. Our biotin is made from purely plant-based ingredients and so the vegan tablets can be processed easier by the body.

10 mg zinc and 55 μg selenium per tablet corresponds 100% to the daily dose in the most bioavailable form.
