Free shipping, no minimum

We always offer fast and free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement, regardless of the shipping address. We also offer free shipping to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed daily by 10:00 AM. All orders confirmed before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Our operations team works every day except Fridays and public holidays. In certain urgent cases, we may be able to process orders later in the day, depending on staff availability. If you have an urgent situation, please contact customer service or the pharmacist responsible for your account to confirm our ability to process late orders.

Shipping companies

We select the best companies to ship our products and continually test new companies to determine if they meet our standards for elevating customer service. Customers can choose the most suitable company for shipping their orders by requesting this through customer service or the pharmacist responsible for their account.

Expected delivery times

Because we choose the best shipping companies in Egypt and the Arab countries, we promise the fastest possible delivery. Customers can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Greater Cairo — nearby areas

Same-day or next-day delivery. Rarely delayed to 48 hours, depending on the shipping company’s conditions.

Greater Cairo — distant areas

Next-day delivery or within 48 hours. Rarely delayed to 72 hours, depending on the shipping company’s conditions.

Delta and Northern Upper Egypt

Next-day delivery or within 48 hours. Rarely delayed to 72 hours, depending on the shipping company’s conditions.

Remote governorates

Expected delivery within 2 to 3 days. Rarely delayed to 5 days, depending on the shipping company’s conditions.

Ultra Fast Delivery and the Gulf

Ultra Fast Delivery (Cairo only)

For customers who prefer to receive their orders the same day, we have introduced our Ultra Fast Delivery option. Orders can arrive within 3 to 6 hours across most areas of Cairo. This service is available for a fixed fee of EGP 400.

Shipping to GCC countries

We offer free delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Products available in local stock within these countries are delivered within 2 to 3 days through local partners. Products shipped from Egypt, the USA, the UK, or EU countries are delivered within 10 business days.

Special order products from abroad

Special order products from abroad will reach the customer in less than 10 business days. For details, see how special orders work.
