- High-quality fish oil: 365 capsules with 1000 mg of fish oil per capsule. It contains 450 mg Omega 3 fatty acids, 220 mg EPA and 145 mg DHA. Caution: Our fish oil (Omega 3) is in natural triglyceride (TG) form and therefore up to 3% higher bio-available as standard preparations in artificial ethyl esters (EE) form (see Study 1**). Fish oil in TG form is also subject to significantly lower oxidation processes as in EE form (see Study 2**).
