As your body gets used to it, gradually increase to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per serving. Best taken before bed.

For children aged 2 to 12 years old, mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Friendly Probiotic Liquid in water, yogurt, or your child’s favorite beverage once per day before bed.
